C-SNIP is West Michigan’s only full-time nonprofit veterinary clinic dedicated to ending pet overpopulation, abandonment, and abuse by specializing in high-quality spay/neuter surgery for dogs and cats at a price their pet owners can afford. Together we can break the cycle of accidental and unwanted litters for nearly 11,000 companion animals each year.

In the event of severe weather...

The winter weather is officially here. C-SNIP values our human and pet clients and will make every effort to remain open during periods of inclement weather. However, the safety of our clients, their pets, our staff, and volunteers is of utmost concern to us. On rare occasions, C-SNIP may close its clinic when weather creates unsafe travel conditions. If C-SNIP closes due to weather, we will post the closing on C-SNIP's Website, Facebook page, and have a "clinic closed" message on our phone system by 6:30am. It will also be televised on WOOD-TV- Channel 8 and WZZM News-Channel 13. If your cat had surgery on the day before the closing, morning cat release will be delayed from 7:30am to 10:00am.

"I just had my kitten and my Heeler spayed yesterday and I’m so happy with everything. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They answered any questions I had and made me feel confident in my animals at home care. My dog's collar broke the morning of her drop off and they even helped me get another one so I didn’t have to go to the store. I’m so appreciative. Thank you!"

"Awesome place...they looked out & cared for my baby Dusty. A wonderful blessing to those of us who don't have much money to do what is needed to keep our pets safe & healthy. Keep up the good work."
